As an isekai, it's great. It's got decent worldbuilding and unique quirks to some formulaic things. MP-depression is in that list, as well as a supposed "first emperor" that's an earthling as well.
However, it's basically half a hentai. MC's depravity knows no bounds and the system rewards him for it.
Rating: D-
If it were just an isekai, I'd put it squarely in C+. However, MC's sins are something I cannot overlook.
