LD hypothesis

I got lucid again last night, i think this marks my 5th(?) LD. And i really noticed HOW unstable the dream world is.

i have a hypothesis as to why this is the case. (please tell me if im right or wrong)

1. In waking life, how many senses are you actively aware of? If you're focused on watching something far away, your hearing may be mitigated. If you're typing a comment (lol), it's the only think your mind is on.

I've noticed this when i try the nose pinch test, my vision in the dream is nothing, because when i do the test, i am 100% focused on whether i can breathe or not.

2. When you look around the world in waking life, how many elements can you remember the details of? A shirt in my closet has 7 visible wrinkles on in. I know this, but by focusing on this, i don't know the rest of the contents of my closet. therefore it is unstable. once my focus leave the wrinkled shirt, that dream element will become unstable because it's not "on my mind". the only parts of the dream world that are stable are things that are literally on your mind because well... that's what a dream is.

3. This is the interesting bit. Gonna be somewhat of a tangent but bear with me.

Say two complete noobs are playing chess. how do they analyze the board? they don't really see any patterns, it all looks like a bunch of random pieces that can move or something. if this person tries to play chess in their lucid dream, it... won't even be chess.

however, suppose there is a super GM (grandmaster). these people can beat 99.9% of the population while blindfolded. it's safe to say they know everything about the state of the board at that moment. so if this person were to play chess in their LD, it would be a fruitful experience since they can play complete accurate games in their heads while simultaneously calculating lines.

i know you had a video about skills in LDs but i didn't watch it. but from what i understand so far about skills and LDs is that if you know enough about a skill that you can accurately simulate reality in your head, it is a fruitful effort to practice in LDs.
